We like to define the first tier as the entry level. Our past clients have usually worked with a Line of Credit against other property while gaining a foothold in the local real-estate investment sector. This could involve a rental house or apartment, smaller holding development site or strategic building lot.
The next level is where our client is a more experienced and knowledgeable investor. They are generally looking at either buying or selling strategic properties for redevelopment, existing cash flow properties and/or larger strategic holding properties. We are fortunate to have advised and worked with a significant number of investors in this market sector.
We are proud of our successes in the “project development” real estate investment services segment. We have been an integral participant in several award winning builder/developer projects as well as have created successful sales programs in challenging turnaround situations. Our team has in-depth knowledge of and has been involved in a number of residential, strata and resort development projects throughout the district. Our “concept to project completion” expertise is an important part of that success. We work to bring together builders and land owners to engage in and with investor driven development opportunities.
The successful results of these developments were achieved by working with our clients to bring on board the right partners, recommending quality contractors/consultants for various initiatives such as design consulting, planning and marketing and being there to make the sales happen.
